Washington County and the cities of Beaverton and Hillsboro are conducting a Community Development Needs Survey to better understand the housing and service needs of our community members and to identify funding priorities for federal Community Development Block Grant funding.

The survey will be open August 10th through September 10th in conjunction with public comment for the fiscal year 2026.

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report includes progress towards 2025 through 2029 consolidated plan goals. Details on this report and public comment period can be found on the Public Notices page.
