Upcoming office closure

The Developmental Disabilities office lobby located at 3700 SW Murray Blvd, Ste. 2100, in Beaverton, will be closed December 18th, 2023 to January 2nd, 2024. If you need assistance on those days, please call 503-846-3150 or visit us at: 5240 NE Elam Young Parkway, Suite 150, in Hillsboro. The document drop off box located outside of the building will still be regularly checked.
