How to apply:
- Email [email protected] to verify
- Property is in a land use district that allows agricultural buildings
- Setback requirements
- Potential flood plain issues
- Email the Agricultural Placement Permit Packet, required plans and Health and Human Services septic approval to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If the building will have electricity/plumbing/mechanical equipment, a separate permit is required.
- Select the correct application, based on the permit needed and download the form.
- Once downloaded, complete and digitally sign the application.
- Submit everything on Page 3 of the packet with your application.
- Once your permit is approved by planning staff, they will send you an email with the fees and instructions on paying them online.
