Permit Records and Reports

Records and permits are retained in compliance with state archive requirements.

ProjectDox portal planned outage Monday, April 20, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Washington County’s Building & Development Application Services (BDAS) and ProjectDox portals will be offline from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, April 20th, for system upgrades.

  • During the outage, both customers and County staff will be unable to access the BDAS and ProjectDox portals.
  • Staff will be unable to provide system-related customer support until the portals are back online.

State Archive Requirements

Issued Permits: Information is available through our Public Permitting and Services Portal and Search for permits

Building Plans

  • Residential building plans are retained for two years after the Final Approval inspection date
  • Non-residential and commercial building plans are retained for 10 years after the Final Approval inspection date.

For records not found here or in the Public Permitting and Services Portal, submit an Public Records Request. It may take up to 10 business days to complete your request. If copies of documents or research is extensive, fees may apply.
