Building Plans
- Residential building plans are retained for two years after the Final Approval inspection date
- Non-residential and commercial building plans are retained for 10 years after the Final Approval inspection date.
For records not found here or in the Public Permitting and Services Portal, submit an Public Records Request. It may take up to 10 business days to complete your request. If copies of documents or research is extensive, fees may apply.
