Schedule inspections via the Interactive Voice Response system at 503-846-3699 to:
- Schedule an inspection
- Get results of the called inspection
- Retrieve voice messages from inspectors
- Cancel inspections
- Hear information, including IVR Commercial Inspection Codes and Residential Inspection Codes for scheduling/ordering inspections
SelecTXT Inspection Scheduling System
Schedule, cancel or reschedule an inspection or get inspection results using your cell phone's text messaging app.
You will need:
- Your permit number
- List of inspection codes
- Preferred month and date of inspection, including AM or PM
Follow these steps:
- Enter "schedule," "cancel," "reschedule" or "results" into your messaging app.
- Text it to 844-339-4609
- Follow the interactive prompts for entering your permit number, inspection code and other details.
