Washington County has had reports of scammers sending fraudulent emails asking customers to wire money for project approval. Washington County will never request wire transfers for permits or payments.

Welcome to Building and Development Application Services
Our Building and Development Application Services (BDAS) online portal will allow you to manage your projects from start to finish. BDAS works with ProjectDox to allow you to submit some building applications, submit project-related plans and documents and to pay fees. You can submit applications via BDAS for the following:
- Electrical Permit
- Plumbing Permit
- Mechanical Permit
- Prescriptive Solar Permit
- NFPA 13 Sprinkler Affidavit Permit
These permits do not require a plan review. For all other permits, please email a completed application to : [email protected]
